Richard is a Senior Adviser at Cambridge Economic Policy Associates (CEPA), where he focuses on issues in financial regulation. He works there on a part-time basis. Prior to joining CEPA, Richard was an Associate Partner with PwC and then IBM from 1992 to 2012, where he was a founding member of their Strategy & Transformation practice. During this period he played a leading role in a number of different business startups -some were new servicelines for PwC & IBM, while others involved advising clients in energy and banking.
