
Richard is a Senior Adviser at Cambridge Economic Policy Associates (CEPA). He works there on a part-time basis. Richard has specialist expertise of regulatory and policy matters within the financial services sector. He has worked for regulators and financial services providers and has significant experience advising about future payments operating models and on card and mobile payments.
Prior to joining CEPA, Richard was an Associate Partner with PwC and then IBM from 1992 to 2012, where he was a founding member of their Strategy & Transformation practice. During this period he played a leading role in a number of different business startups -some were new servicelines for PwC & IBM, while others involved advising clients in energy and banking.
